Remove steering column switch module
→ Chapter. |

Disconnect electrical connectors -1-
and -4-. |
Note
| If it is not possible to remove the shear bolt with the
socket -T10424-, the bolt will need to be drilled out using an
angle drill and a 8.5 mm diameter bit. |

Unscrew shear bolt -2- using
socket -T10424-. |
| – |
Remove steering lock housing -3-. |
| In order to renew the steering lock housing, the
ignition/starter switch and the lock cylinder must be removed. |

Removing ignition/starter switch
→ Chapter. |

Remove lock cylinder
→ Chapter. |
| Install in the reverse order of removal, observing the
following: |

Tighten new bolts -arrows-
until shear heads break off. |
