  Note
On vehicles with a flap for the charging bay in the radiator grille, the connector must be disconnected first.

Removing and installing radiator grille

–  Remove bolts -2-.
–  Release catches -4- using a small screwdriver -arrow A-.
–  Pull radiator grille -1- in parallel out of lock carrier catches -3- in -direction of arrow B-.
–  Pull out radiator grille -1- upwards -arrow C- from front bumper cover.
On vehicles with a flap for the charging bay in the radiator grille, the connector must be disconnected.

 
Installing
   

Removing and installing radiator grille

–  Insert radiator grille -1- into front bumper cover -4-.
–  Clip radiator grille -1- into lock carrier -3- in -direction of arrow- by applying slight pressure.
On vehicles with a flap for the charging bay in the radiator grille, the connector must be connected.
  Note
Alignment to VW emblem cutout in bonnet.
–  Screw in bolts -2-.
