points -arrows- in
-direction of arrow- from operating
and display unit using removal wedge -3409-. |

Press operating and display unit in direction of the dash
panel to release the expansion rivets. |

Pull out spreader rivets -2- in
-direction of arrow A-. |

Remove operating and display unit -1-
in -direction of arrow B-. |
Note
If a new Climatronic control unit -J255- or air conditioning
system control unit -J301- is installed, the function "Renew
control unit", the basic setting and an adaptation (“Compressor
first run”) must be carried out in the "Guided fault finding" or
in the "Guided functions". |
