Note

The removal and installation procedures are described for LHD vehicles. Removal and installation for RHD vehicles are similar.

Removing

–	Remove exterior mirror adjuster -EX11- → Chapter.

–	Release fasteners -arrows-.

–	Pull driver side interior locking button for central locking system -E308--1- out of trim for exterior mirror adjuster -EX11--2-.

Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal, observing the following:

–	Ensure that driver side interior locking button for central locking system -E308--1- engages audibly in trim for exterior mirror adjuster -EX11--2-.

–	Install exterior mirror adjuster -EX11--2- → Chapter.

–	Test functionality.
