Removing
Pyrotechnic components may trigger unintentionally.Risk of injury.Discharge any static charge accumulated in your body by briefly touching striker plate for door.
   
–  Remove driver side knee airbag → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.69.
–  Remove bolt -1-.
–  Remove footwell vent on driver side -2-.
Installing
–  Install in reverse order.
Specified torques:

Self-tapping screw 4.2 x 16 1.5 Nm
