Slide spacer ring -2- in
-direction of arrow a- and pull window
winder off window lifter mechanism -arrow b-. |

Slide on spacer and press window winder onto window lifter
mechanism. |
| The installation position of window winder -1-
is upwards and vertical with window closed. |
| Deviation between window winders must be no more than 6°. |

| Removal and installation are described only for the left
window winder mechanism. Removal and installation of the right
window winder mechanism are similar. |

Remove rear door trim
→ General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70. |

Secure door window against sliding down with adhesive tape. |

Remove bolts -2- (Qty. 3). |

Remove window winder mechanism -1- from
mounting brackets of cable drum -3-. |
| Installing window winder mechanism |

| – |
Fit window winder mechanism -1- onto
mounting brackets of cable drum -3-. Move
door window up and down slightly so that the splines between window
winder mechanism and cable drum engage more easily. |
