Assembly overview - fuel delivery unit/fuel gauge sender, vehicles with auxiliary heater

1 -  Fuel delivery unit
With fuel system pressurisation pump -G6-.
With integrated fuel filter; fuel filter cannot be renewed separately
Carrying out electrical test of fuel pump in Guided fault finding mode → Vehicle diagnostic tester
Removing and installing → Chapter
After installing, fill vehicle with at least 5 litres of fuel.
2 -  Clip
Renew after removing
Secure hose connection with the hose clips corresponding to original equipment.
3 -  Clip
Renew after removing
Secure hose connection with the hose clips corresponding to original equipment.
4 -  Fuel line
To metering pump -V54-
Removing and installing → Chapter
5 -  Sealing grommet
Check for damage
6 -  Fuel line
To engine.
