Removing
–  Switch off ignition.
–  Unclip cover -1- from storage compartment in roof headliner -3-.
–  Remove front interior light -WX1--2- → Electrical system; Rep. gr.96.
–  If necessary, remove interior mirror covers → Chapter.
 

Removing and installing storage compartment in roof headliner

–  Remove bolts -1-.
–  Remove storage compartment in roof headliner -2- from reinforcing frame in moulded headliner -3-.
Installing
  Note
Before installing, check all fasteners for damage and renew if necessary.
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Specified torques
  → Chapter „Assembly overview - storage compartment in roof headliner“
