Switch off electrical consumers. |

Switch off auxiliary and supplementary heater and switch off
ignition. |

Remove front part of front right wheel housing liner
→ General body repairs, exterior; Rep. gr.66. |

Squeeze spreader clip -1-
together and twist air intake silencer -2-
out of aluminium pipe. Twist aluminium pipe off connection of
auxiliary and supplementary heater. |

Install in reverse order. |
| – |
Push spreader clip -1- of air
intake silencer -2- into bracket
until it engages. |
 Note
| The air intake silencer must not touch the auxiliary and
supplementary heater housing. |
| Do not kink or crush aluminium pipe. |
