Rodent proofing equipment is made up of special brushes and casings and impedes entry to the engine compartment by rodents when the bonnet is shut. This prevents damage caused to components by rodent bites.

NOTICE

If the engine is overloaded in vehicles with rodent proofing, there will be more heat generated in the engine compartment.

Never retrofit a towing bracket, gas discharge (xenon) headlights or an auxiliary heater. Otherwise the engine compartment may overheat which could cause significant damage to the vehicle.
