Wedges -T10383 |

Detach retaining straps for rear shelf on left and right from window
frame. |

Release centre window frame -2- from
mountings in rear lid and side trim panels -3-
using wedge -T10383-. |

Remove centre window frame -2-. |
| – |
Release side window frame -3- from
catches in rear lid and lower rear lid trim -1-
using wedge -T10383-. |

Remove side window frame -3-. |
 Note

Before installing, check all fasteners for damage and
renew if necessary. |

Remove any retaining clips left in mountings in rear
lid using removal tool -T40280- and fit them in window
frames for installation. |
| Installation is carried out in reverse order. |

Unscrew valve insert.
Note
If bonded wheel trims are fitted, treat them with great
care. The surface is susceptible to scratches.
If the wheel trim is damaged, renew wheel rim.

Wheel alignment must be performed only using a VW/AUDI-approved
wheel alignment unit!
Whenever wheels are aligned, both the front and rear axles
