| If the remote control receiver for auxiliary coolant heater
-R149- is renewed, the remote control receiver for auxiliary
coolant heater -R149- needs to be adapted to the auxiliary and
supplementary heater using the vehicle diagnostic tester in
“Guided fault finding” mode. |

Remove right C-pillar trim
→ General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70. |

Disengage remote control receiver for auxiliary coolant
heater -R149--1- using suitable
tool at points marked with -arrows-. |

Pull remote control receiver for auxiliary coolant heater
-R149--1- off bracket in
-direction of arrow-. |

Separate connectors -2- and
-3-. |
| Install in reverse order. |

-R149- is renewed, the remote control receiver for auxiliary
coolant heater -R149- needs to be adapted to the auxiliary and
supplementary heater using the vehicle diagnostic tester in
