Volkswagen Golf Service & Repair Manual / 4- cylinder injection engine(1.4 1 direct inction. turbocharger) / Engine cooling / Radiator and radiator fan / Removing and installing radiator fan -V7

Risk of hand injury caused by the radiator fan starting automatically.Do not grasp into the radiator fan when disconnecting the connector.

Removing

Note

Reinstall all cable ties in the same locations when installing.

–	Remove radiator cowl → Chapter.

–	Separate electrical connectors.

–	Unscrew bolts -arrows- and remove radiator fan -V7-.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

–	Install radiator cowl → Chapter.
