Catch

To release, use a Torx screwdriver T25 of approx. 100 mm length

2 -	Steering column electronics control unit -J527-

With airbag coil connector and return ring with slip ring -F138-

3 -	Steering wheel without multifunction button

Equipment version
Assembly overview → Running gear, axles, steering; Rep. gr.48

4 -	Wiring harness without wires for multifunction button

For driver side airbag igniter -N95
Renewing → Chapter
Press into recesses in steering wheel to secure it.

5 -	Driver side airbag

With driver side airbag igniter -N95-

WARNING

Observe safety instructions for pyrotechnic components → Chapter.

Removing and installing → Chapter

6 -

Bolt

Tightening torque → Running gear, axles, steering; Rep. gr.48

7 -	Steering wheel with multifunction button

8 -	Wiring harness with wires for multifunction button

For driver side airbag igniter -N95
Renewing → Chapter
Press into recesses in steering wheel to secure it
