The guide rails and the securing brackets are one component. |

The cables and the tilting mechanism are integrated in this
component and cannot be replaced separately. |

Remove moulded headliner
→ General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70. |

Remove glass panel
→ Chapter. |
| – |
Mark the position -4- of the guide
rails -1- on assembly frame

Low guide rails -1- at rear
-arrow a-. |
| – |
Pull guide rails -1- off assembly
carrier -2-, keeping them parallel with
each other -arrow b-. |
Note
| Do not twist or bend the guide rails and securing bracket as
there is no strut in the front area. |

Push guide rails -1- into assembly
carrier -2-, keeping them parallel to each
other. |

Fit guide rails -1- on assembly frame
at rear. |
| – |
Insert bolts -2- and tighten slightly. |
| – |
Align guide rails -1- in accordance
with the marking made previously -6-. |

Further installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. |
