| Before starting work on the fuel supply system, the
following steps must be performed: |
| Before starting work, the extraction hose of a switched-on
exhaust gas extraction system must be laid near to the assembly
opening of the fuel tank. |
| It is used to extract fuel fumes. |
| If no exhaust gas extraction system is available, a radial
fan with a displacement greater than 15 m3/h
can be used providing that motor is not in air flow. |
| Prevent skin contact with fuel! Wear fuel-resistant gloves! |
| Interrupt power supply to fuel system pressurisation pump
