Dismantling and assembling auxiliary heater
→ Chapter. |

Remove bolt -1- (4 Nm) and
remove retaining spring -2-. |
– |
Pull out temperature sensor -G18--3-and
overheating sensor -G189--4- using
long nose pliers. |
Install in reverse order. |

Check sealing surfaces and clean if necessary. |
– |
Before inserting sensors, coat seals with coolant. |

When assembling, ensure that retaining spring is in proper
position -2-. |
Note
Sensors cannot be renewed separately. |
