Under certain circumstances, the display may show errors or
messages according to status. |
The most frequent display messages are listed below,
together with suggested solutions. |

Check whether terminals of battery tester are firmly
connected to battery terminals. |

Check battery terminals are tightened according to
regulations and do not have corrosion. |

Charge battery

Switch off all electrical consumers. |

Wait until all electrical loads monitored by onboard supply
control unit have switched off. |

Disconnect any suspect non-standard electrical equipment
from the onboard supply. |

Wait a few minutes and test again

If you have performed the test at jump-start point and the
message does not disappear, perform the test directly on the
battery. |
