on! Move the selector lever to position P and leave the gearbox to cool down. If the warning lamp does not go out, do not continue to drive. Seek expert assistance. Failure to do so can cause considerable damage to the gearbox . |

Several warning and indicator lamps will light up briefly as a functional check when the ignition is switched on. They will switch off after a few seconds.
