Volkswagen Golf Service & Repair Manual: Removing and installing trim panel for dash panel

Removal wedge -3409-
Removal wedge -3409-

Removing
–  Release trim panel -1- from catches -arrows A- using removal wedge -3409-.
–  Then, move trim panel -1- outwards -arrow B- and remove it.
Installing
  Note
Before installing, check all fasteners for damage and renew if necessary.
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
