Observe the safety precautions for vehicles with a
start-stop system

If a start-stop system is installed, the following abort
conditions will deactivate the start-stop function: |
The start-stop system has been switched off via the
start-stop mode button. |
The charge condition of the battery is insufficient to
restart the engine (starting voltage prediction). |
The defrost function is active. |
The windscreen heater function is active. |
The air conditioner system temperature set in the control
element deviates by more than 8 °C from the actual temperature
of the interior. |
The engine speed is greater than 1200 rpm. |
The alternator -C- is defective, i.e. belt broken. |
Coolant temperature not within specifications of 25 °C -
100 °C. |
Blower speed increase by more than 4 stages. |
