Volkswagen Golf Service & Repair Manual: Removing and installing engine oil cooler

Removing
–  Drain coolant → Chapter.
–  Remove intake manifold → Chapter.
   
–  Unscrew bolts -arrows- and detach engine oil cooler -1-.
Installing
–  Insert new O-rings.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Install intake manifold → Chapter.
–  Replenish coolant → Anchor.
Specified torques
→ Chapter „Assembly overview - engine oil cooler“
→ Chapter „Assembly overview - ignition system“
